AppetiteUK approached us in 2010 in order to design a typeface to be used in their own rebranding. They wanted a sans serif typeface inspired in the early grotesque fonts from the late nineteenth century. We decided to start from an interpretation of Akzidenz Grotesk, but we designed a more friendly approach to this kind of neutral fonts. Appetite intends to translate the assumptions set out by the client, such as the roundness and readability in all the media. Not available for relicensing.
